Update default values for version ORCHIDEE2.0

Default values will be updated in ORCHIDEE trunk with the options and parameters which have been tested and chosen as the best option for ORCHIDEE2.0 version. This ticket will be done when the final run.def is fixed for the ORCHIDEE2.0 version. The choice of the options and parameters have been done and tested collectively by the orchidee group over a long period of time. This is also the version which will be used for CMIP6.

done in the trunk rev [4962] : Default values as above have been changed. Following have not been changed : SECHIBA_QSINT, NVM, PFT_TO_MTC, NAME.

To maintain same results in coupled mode using Choisnel hydrology (not longer used but still orchidee.def_Choi corresponding is distributed), the previous default values have been added in orchidee.def_Choi : https://forge.ipsl.jussieu.fr/igcmg/changeset/3573

No change in orchidee.def_CWRR except comments.

The new default values in the ORCHIDEE trunk still keeps 13 meta-classes and 13 pfts. To run with the PFTmap.nc containing 15 pfts using the optimized parameters for ORCHIDEE 2.0 and CMIP6, following must be set in run.def:

Left to be discussed: Value for SECHIBA_QSINT. What do we keep as default value, 0.02 and in coupled simulations or 0.01 as used in offline simulations, knowing that the value used in CMIP6 simulation will not be changed?

The above intermonitoring was not so usefull as it compaired 2 simulations with SECHIBA_QSINT 0.01 and 0.02 instead of default value 0.1.

A clean in run.def in offline simumlations have been done here [5016]. No change in values, only removed default parameters. Nothing decided yet for SECHIBA_QSINT, to be done.

1) Je regarde FG2, et je suis surprise par un truc:
avec qsintscst=0.02, on a plus de transpiration dans les forets tropicales, ce qui est logique. Mais ça se traduit par une baisse (petite) du LAI, et ça, je comprends moins.

Même chose avec FG3.
En fait, la transpiration augmente dans toutes les zones avec un peu de LAI, en général ça augmente le LAI (logique), sauf en forêts équatoriales.
Pb de LAImax qui serait trop faible ?

Réponse de N. Viovy: Non a priori ça ne peut pas être lié au LAImax car au pire on ne verrait pas de changement du LAI car il est déjà bloqué sur le LAI mais pas de raison que ça le fasse baisser. Par contre je ne vois pas en effet d'explication triviale mais ensuite il y a des tas de facteurs qui peuvent jouer. Par exemple l'accroissement de evap peut diminuer la température de surface avec un effet négatif sur la photosynthèse ? Donc ça ne me choque pas forcément...

2) Sinon, hormis sur la partition entre transp, IL, et BSE, les changements sont très faibles (je n'ai regardé que les moys annuelles).
Même chose quand on regarde les biais par rapport aux obs, les différences sont dans l'épaisseur du trait.

3) Ma conclusion: sauf si les spécialistes de valeurs d'IL recommandent le contraire (Catherine, Matthieu...), je suis pour prendre la même valeur en forcé qu'en couplé, ça aura le mérite de la simplicité.

According to the thuseday meeting 20/02/2018, SECHIBA_QSINT default value should be set to 0.02 as in the coupled mode. This is done in the trunk rev [5034]
