Phenology parameters differ from publication

parameter values in stomate_phenology differ from publication. This should be checked and clarified

We acknowledge the parameters values for phenology in the code were different from the ones found in the references, a few years ago. It is too much work to try to trace this back, for our given manpower and we decide to not put our priorities here.
We'll do better from now on and put a comment each time a parameter value is modified.
To improve traceability, we'll precise if:

• the new value is set arbitrarily,
• the new value is taken/inspired by a paper (PP and FM will check if the ones from MacBean et al. (2015) are in the run.def or in the code),
• the new value derives from an optimisation and what was the objective of the optimisation.
