Inclusion of branch ORCHIDEE-CN in the trunk. This branch corresponds to developments on the nitrogen cycle led by N Vuichard and based on previous work done by S. Zaehle. It has been initiated in branch MERGE-OCN and then into branch ORCHIDEE-CN.
