Adapt configurations after inclusion of ORCHIEE-CN in the trunk

When branch ORCHIDEEE-CN was merged into the trunk, some of the ORCHIDEE offline experiments were updated but not all. Following has been done:

• SPINUP_ANALYTIC_FG1
• OOL_SEC_STO_FG1trans
• OOL_SEC_STO_FG2
• OOL_SEC_STO_FG3
• ENSEMBLE and SPINUP

Following must be done:

• OOL_SEC
• OOL_SEC_STO_FG3nd
• LMDZOR_v6.3 (it is not clear yet which experiments should be done)

LMDZOR_v6.3

All previous experiences have been left and they have all been updated use fixe CN without reading file.

The aim is to read a cnleaf_map.nc but we do not yet have a map with 15pfts. Revision 4177 of LMDZOR_v6.3 runs with ORCHIDEE/trunk rev 5639

For the moment extract with mod.def using target LMDZOR_v6.2_work but change to have LMDZOR_v6.3 instead of LMDZOR_v6.2 configuration files and set ORCHIDEE/trunk instead of ORCHIDEE_2_1 tag.

Experience is updated in the same way as OOL_SEC_STO_FG3, done in commit [5878]

Correction in the model source [6031] and corrections in config [6033]. 3 years global offline simulation was running OK at irene, using OOL_SEC experiment.

Note: Standard tests with orchideedriver have been done successfully except for the case gloable forcing with CRU-NCEP twodeg, see ticket #575

Notes from ORCHIDEE meeeting today, to be done:

• Test ENSEMBLE experience for some FLUXNET sites (Josefine)
• Create cnleaf_map.nc for 15pfts #579
• Coupled configuration IPSLCM6: will not be done for now

Tested with succes on irene: ENSEMBLE experience for FLUXNET site (first group TrEBF) using the trunk revision 6160.
