Heartwood respiration

temperature dependency on respiration for heartwood is defined in stomate_respiration but heartwood is not supposed to respire. Check and delete.

       ! 2.1.3 heartwood: does not respire. Any temperature			!!?? If it does not respire, why do you need to set a temperature?

For homogeneity with others pools I think we should keep it. For the moment the cm_zero_heart is set to zero but then somebody at some point can want to put non zero value to add heartwood respiration....
But then in opposite change in stomate_npp.f90 the different lines like biomass(i,j,ileaf,icarbon) = biomass(i,j,ileaf,icarbon) - &

bm_pump(i) * resp_maint_part(i,j,ileaf) / resp_maint(i,j)

by a loop on all the part:
biomass(i,j,:,icarbon) = biomass(i,j,:,icarbon) - &

bm_pump(i) * resp_maint_part(i,j,:) / resp_maint(i,j)

Are wee agree on that ?
