Description

Sugar loading has been implemeted in r5976. This code needs to be run for several 100s years to confirm that the sugar loading variable is correctly reset and moved around when a PFTs dies and when LCC occurs. Requires that tickets #458, #545, and #553 are closed.

Checked a couple of individual pixels with LCC and the year of the land cover change the variable sugar_load shows no suspicuous behavior. When a PFT is passed from one age class to another the time series of sugar_load shows no disruption. Used r6274 with 37 PFTS and the default LCC maps for these tests.
