Description
Forcesoil will be reactived in the trunk because the soil C discretization scheme from MICT doesn't work with the analytical spinup. A large part of the forcesoil associated code is a remaining of the time when forcesoil was used with the default soil C scheme. These pieces of code are not necessary and should be cleaned.
