Update of FG2 config

Description
There are some inconsistencies in the settings of the FG2 configuration. Default setting for DateEnd? in config.card is end of 2014 but the file for CO2 evoluation ends up in 2012, while the meteorological forcing at 2° resolution is only available up to 2013.

There are no inconsitencies in the trunk ORCHIDEE_OL. The simulation ends in 2010.

We propose to uniformize these settings by ending the simulation end of 2013, using the same meteorological forcing and a new CO2 file which ends up in 2017.
