Clean settings of the ENSEMBLE configuration

Description
The current ENSEMBLE configuration needs cleaning. There are many obsolete and redundant settings that could be cleaned (for example, OK_HYDROL_NEW, two soil maps are read in, ...). The current ENSEMBLE setup uses a prescribed CO2. A dynamic CO2 is to be prefered.
