Contribution of labile C to maintenance respiration

Description

In stomate_resp, the labile pool contributes to the maintenance respiration but the temperature for that pool is set to undef. Noticed by Nicolas Vuichard.

Given that the temperature was indeed undef, the labile pool was not accounted for in the calculation of the maintenance respiration. The parameters were thus tuned without the labile pool. To make the code internally consistent ilabile was removed from the list of pools contributing to Rm (when maint_resp_control = nitrogen) in r6913.

ORCHIDEE_3 uses a different approach (maint_resp_control = cn) to calculate Rm and this approach has now been implemented in r6913. We intend to make maint_resp_control = cn the default and remove the code for maint_resp_control = nitrogen.
