Pb with file Load_balance_orchidee.dat in fluorescence version of ORCHIDEE

Description
The execution times of the fluorescence version of ORCHIDEE were exploding at LSCE when performing global simulations. After investigation, the load leveler seems to be the cause of this problem, assigning several thousand pixels on one processor and less than 100 on another.
I deleted the corresponding file (Load_balance_orchidee.dat) in the job at the end of the run and the times were stabilized.
This behaviour was reported to the platform-users list to find out whether other people had observed it.
