Description
This ticket summarizes the changes in the code that have been done for CMIP6 simulations. They consists in changes on non-nitrogen related processes in order to be in better agreement with ORCHIDEE_2_0.
Indeed, from ORCHIDEE_2_0 tagged version, trunk version evolves, with some bug fixing and further developments. ORCHIDEE_3 version inherits of these changes done on the trunk between the inclusion of the nitrogen cycle in ORCHIDEE (source:/trunk@5639) and the creation of the ORCHIDEE_3 version (source:/trunk@6608)
