CRUJRA/v2.0_CMIP6_144x143 incoherent for contfrac and the variables

The forcing files CRUJRA/v2.0_CMIP6_144x143, interpolated to the coupled model grid, are inconsistent between the variable CONTFRAC and the meteo variables. CONFTFRAC contains land fractions where the CRUJRA do not have any information. Gapfilling needs to be done.

Note that the driver still runs because it first reads the CONTFRAC and secondly it checks the variable TAIR. If TAIR is undefined, the driver (old driver tested only) removes that pixel. The final CONTFRAC will then be smaller. The restart file from the offline run can not be used to start the coupled model because the CONTFRAC is not coherent.

Said during ORCH meeting today:
The model since ORCHIDEE3 and now as well in ORCHIDEE4, takes longer time to spinup. The spinup analytic is not longer enough. Therefor, the idea for coupled simulations, is to make a pre-spinup in offline mode before starting the coupled spinup. To make the pre-spinup, the forcing files needs to be on the LMDZ grid(144x143). But it is better to use output from a previous coupled simulation as forcing to make the offline pre-spinup because the climat is then closer to what will be produced in the final coupled simulation.

The CRUJRA forcing files on LMDZ grid(described in this ticket) are therefor less important.

A comment in the README file on the repository for the files has been added in case someone are using them. But the files wont be corrected or removed.
The ticket will be closed as wontfix.
