harvest_cut and harvest_type stay zero

Description
The output variables harvest_type and harvest_cut do not reflect the occurrence of a harvest. These variables are possibly reset before they are send to xios.

Fixed in r7784. Variables were send to xios after they were reset. They are now send before resetting them.
