Adapted ce0l experiment:

• Change input files to format netcdf-4
• Add orography file
• Removed amip and ozone files for year-1 and year+1. This is not handled in current version of LMDZ with unstrucutured grid (reading with XIOS).
• Change to run in parallel on 31MPI+1MPI
