update configuration LMDZORINCA_v6.1.11 to run on redhat8

• update AA_make
• add ARCH directory to source environment
• add SOURCES directory to save modification for LMDZ, ORCHIDEE, INCA and XIOS
• add EnvFile? parameter in config.card for all EXPERIMENTS
