SD : - 2 options for asynchronous rebuild

• from SCRATCHDIR (very good for platine, the same for mercure)
• from Archive (good for platine, good for mercure)

• To keep it disable : RebuildFrequency?=NONE in config.card
• To enable it : RebuildFrequency?=2Y in config.card
• To do it from Archive : RebuildFromArchive?=true
• Some clean up (directory name, ...)
