Finalize OpenMP Integration and Testing on all supported machine.
Work already titane and vargas.

Just need now to homegenize IGCM_sys_build_execution_scripts on ada and curie. They are pretty similar and need to minimize difference to only what is relevant. Will ease maintenance.
After that I think we can close that one.

Partially done for Ada. Number of OpenMP threads must be identical for all executables. For IPSLCM6-VLR we strongly suggest to run with 2 OpenMP, 25 MPI for LMDZ, 6 MPI for NEMO and 1 MPI for XIO server.
Work still required to use all cores.Work postponed until Intel MPI installation on ada.

I consider this one close after the 2.7 release. The IDRIS/ADA/INTEL case is out of our control.

MPI and OpenMP are reasonably well integrated on Curie and Ada.
Some more work needed to have something homogeneous between machine and to have a proper link with ins_job when setting up the headers.
Move to libIGCM_v2.1 consolidation tag.
