Bug for monthly netcdf output

A bug occurs when using the restart for isotopes in order to obtain monthly results:

One or several of the following variables

27 lncmoc meridional overturning streamfunction [Sv]

28 lncmht meridional heat transport [PW]
29 lncmst meridional salt transport [Sv*PSU]

in the file

ludus-code/clio/parameters/netcdfout.param-scal5

seems to induce this bug when they are selected.
