- correction made to mesh_from_file.pro (added ALL_DATA keyword and PLAIN=1 keyword to call to initncdf)
- requires call to mesh_from_file in data_read to add ALL_DATA=all_data as argument
- to be commited after sync of data_read.pro to r88 by eric
