In that case you do not need to change in config.card. You can remove or modify the variables as you need according to the rules for XIOS.

     101It is possible to run using IOIPSL output instead of XIOS output in the offline configurations only. It doesn't matter if compilation is done with or without XIOS for this case. Set XIOS=n in orchidee_ol.card. The orchidee_ol.driver will then switch XIOS_ORCHIDEE_OK=n in run.def. The options for frequency and output level can be changed directly in PARAM/run.def for each file.
