Their name follows a standardized nomenclature: IGCM_OUT/!TagName/[!SpaceName]/[!ExperimentName]/!JobName/ in different subdirectories for each "Output" and "Analyse" component (e.g. ATM/Output,  ATM/Analyse), DEBUG, RESTART, ATLAS and MONITORING.
