Description

Add 2 new parameter in component section list : MPI and OpenMP number of proc for each executable.

Add all modifications required in libIGCM_sys and libIGCM_comp for correct use of both parallel tools.

This will change config.card for all configuration.

Add correction ? of PBS in ins_job only for new config.card types.

MPI is the urgent one.

Concerning OpenMP, preliminary work could be enough for now.

Separate MPI and OpenMP aspects.

MPI evolution has been done. see r616 r619 r621 r622 r637 r638 and r644.

OpenMP handling still needs thorough testing and evaluation. New ticket will be open.
