Adapt libIGCM to handle Ergon (replacing gaya)

Description

When accessing the archive in read mode we have to check both places : ergon and gaya.

Can't see gaya anymore from ada or adapp.

Can see ergon only from adapp. /arch/...

DODS context not yet fully clear.
