Reorganisation plan for NEMO repository: revert the last commit to define operative externals definitions and add AGRIF dev branch
Can't work on versioned sub-directories and can't use wildcard in SVN ext. properties so the definitions will be done on the trunk folder and the shareable directories ('arch'/'mk'/'tools') will not appear under Trac browser
