daymod needs a strong reorganization to answer to several bugfix and to the new way of managing restart files
this ticket aims at:

• bugfix related to the use of adatrj (old flyspray)
  
• bugfix related to the use of different kind of calendars (need by fldread)
  
• bugfix related to ticket #212
  
• calender restart done in daymod
  

fldread must be able to:

• perfom long silulation (for ex. 2-year lonng experiment with forcing file of 1 year long
  
• properly deal with the beginning/end of the year/month when doing time interpolation and using forcing file of 1 year/month long
  
• properly work the the 3 calendars available in NEMO

compatibility with the new fldread (see r1132):

• use logical for "time interpolation" attribute
  
• use -1. instead of -12. for monthly file as -12. corresponds to a 12 months mean value (-> yearly value) and not monthly value
  
• replace the last (unused) argument by a character describing the length of the input data file 'yearly' or 'monthly'
  
• avoid the suffix (.nc) when giving the file name
