In diadimg, the status for opening the binary files has been changed from UNKNOWN to REPLACE ( 3.1 to 3.2). With this change, the header of the files is erased when the file is opened by all CPUs, resulting in a corrupted file at the end. Restoring UNKNOWN status in ctl_opn fixes the bug. I attach the corrected version of diadimg, which also includes performance improvements for large number of processors. All the best, Jean-Marc |

Very similar to ticket #651 I posted yesterday, the status for opening the binary restart file for OBC should be UNKNOWN and not REPLACE, because this restart file is opened by every CPU. The corrected file is attached to the ticket Jean-Marc |
