Context

Introduce a coupling between waves, sea ice and ocean (Marginal Ice Zone) that accounts for sea ice break up by waves, wave attenuation by sea ice and combined collisional ice rheology

Initially, ice break up by waves will be included using the wave forcing fields with a view to full coupling with WW3 when available.

Context

This work builds on the elimination of ghost rows and columns and the tidying of libmpp.F90 carried out in 2017 to introduce arbitrary width haloes and thereby reduce the necessary frequency of boundary exchanges.

Context

Investigate ways of improving the code's reporting facilities. Currently, errors away from the lead process are not fully reported and the ln_ctl mechanism produces an overwhelming volume of output for large processor counts. Options are needed to produce more selective output (either by output type or processor range).
