add cool skin and warm layer in the bulk package so they are used in fluxes computation.
NB: these options exist in the aerobulk package (​https://sourceforge.net/p/aerobulk)

  • wp_comment set to postponed : cool skin and warm layer exist in aerobulk package of L. Brodeau. Someone interested to use them should take the lead on this task. I don't have time to dedicate to this task.
