The components perturb 42 i) the atmospheric forcing, provided as input the atmospheric parameter standard deviation and possibly, the temporal decorrelation scale of the perturbations. These perturbations are correlated in time and space, and the user can choose the correlation scales; ii) the model tendencies within a number of user-selected tendencies (e.g. tracer diffusion, solar penetration, etc.).
