+Trying to apply thee through my aray bounds fix working copy at /data/local/frrh/cice_br/cice_trunk_vn512_debug causes clashes with branches/dev/mandrej/vn5.1.2_mpi_update@1243
+This is because Mirek's branch attempts to solve the OOB error in a different way and clashes with my method. So:
+1) Why wasn't this in the stand-alone set-up?
+2) Does it really solve the OOB issues I had in the stand-alone?
+3) Does it preserve answers?

+For now use a WC of Mireks branch for debugging.
