 OK so we explicitly comment out the setting of fswthru in ice_shortwave.F90. 
 That seems to sort out the qsr value coming from CICE! (Alex thinks there's some root cause in a variable further back in cice which getting set but which if zero would prevent us having to bodge this.)

+However, now we're diverging further on in NEMO at H8 ! Sheesh!. But this indicates any of bdy_tra_dmp, tra_adv (my money's on this), tra_kpp, tra_ldf or dia_ptr. Narrow it down...
