Description
The aim of this task is to develop the SI3 assimilation interface, so the IAU step can be applied to SI3 sea ice variables (sea ice concentration and thickness). This is aligned with the transition from CICE to SI3 in GO8.
Implementation
In principle, most of the changes will be made in src/OCE/ASM/asminc.F90
