PHC_36 run
This run is based on the PHC_35 one except that we removed the increase by 10% the evaporation (sbcblk_core.F90)
& decreasing precipitation & runoff in namelist.
Follow the bug correction found on sbcrnf.F90 with the missing MOD(kt-1,nn_fsbc) test.
Few patterns list:
- increase of the SST by almost 0.3 °C specially in tropics & 0.1 °C in mid-latitudes either the hemisphere over 500 meters.
