Change in output file sechiba_out_2.nc :
Set level 0 for the variables snowtemp, snowrho and snowdz and add variable mc with level 0. This is done to easy output only these variables in historical CMIP6 experiements on daily frequency. These variables are needed to create nudging files for LS3MIP.

Note that mc (moistc in output file) have 4 dimensions+time and some applications might have problemes to read these variables. For that case, remove these variables (or set the output level higher) on your simulations.
