Changeset 2166 for trunk/ORCHIDEE

Set back nbasmax=5 which was the value used until revision 947 on the trunk.

When the routing is activated, it is not possible to use restart files from a simulation with a differrent value of nbasmax. Therefor, after this commit, it is not possible to use restart files using ORCHIDEE trunk revision from 947 until 2149. But it is possible to use restart files produced using ORCHIDEE AR5 version or trunk version before commit 947.
