Fix: jst index is included as dimension. Before it was used ":" for jst dimension. Ticket ticket:197
Fix: the snow_h value is wrong when we activate the explicite_snow, it should be 0 and not the sum of the 3 layers above the soil profile, because the snow is now over the soil and must not be taken into account for the temperature interpolation.
Fix: the calculation of the soil frozen water is not always updated when the soil moisture is updated. The Call to the subroutine hydrol_soil_coef, should be added where it is missing.
