Add modified version called trunk110515_n22_fwtd used for some IGEM offline simulations. 1. It is the same as newcor, but allows to 1(1) force a Water Table Depth (WTD), at depth ZWT_FORCE read in run.def; 1(2) diagnostic and xios export of the WTD; 2. If ZWT_FORCE < soil depth, F=0; 3. nslm=22 (soil depths = 2m); 4. this version should work for the no-WTD cases; 5. The simulation times are much higher with this version: it add 1000s/year/proc, to be compared to 700s/yr/proc for simulation without forced WTD with 22 layers.
