Fix: restput_p_opp_r3d and restget_p_opp_r3d vname_q is trimmed to avoid non desired spaces.
Fix: lignin_struc is saved with 3D instead of 2D.
Fix: lm_old_ani is initialiazed to 0.
Fix: variables m_observed_ba, m_cf_coarse and m_cf_fine are initialized to 0. They could trigger an error when they were written out in history. Found by Chao.
