DEV: Test version only; includes a hack in stomate_growth_fun_all.f90to examine whether the way we calculate resp_maint and resp_growth is too taxing on young tree stands. Carbon required for respiration is taken from the atmosphere, leaving any new allocatable biomass available to be passed to the various pools. The labile and reserve pools are also unaffected by respiration.
