1.Bugfixes for autotrophic respiration (Ra):
a) remove reserve N from the calcualtion of maintenance respiration (as this is per defintion not metabolic active N)
b) remove sapwood N from the calculation of maintenance respiration ( to make the calibration of LATOSA easier (which is not a nice way,
but I am sick of doing other peoples work)
c) recalibration of coeff_maint to get a decent NPP/GPP ratio
d) derive growth respiration from GPP and not from actual growth
as this would lead to an increase in CUE under nutrient stress.( this is based on a bugfix in ORCHIDEE-CN I accidentially omitted)
2.Recalibration of LATOSA_MAX, LATOSA_MIN, TAU_SAP, RESIDENCE_TIME:
I tried to get a C cycle which is kind of okay using biomass, biomass turnover, and CUE constraints from
literature. This is cannot be the last step taken in this direction.
3.Bugfix for biochemical mineralisation
we now achive a range of soil NP which is in good agreement with observations
