Change name of variable njsc in restart file to take as suffix soil_classif.

This is done to avoid problems if restarting the model using restart files produced with the other methode for soil_classif. Before the model could run for this case but the results would not be correct. Now, if soil_classif has changed, the model will ask for the soil_params.nc file to interpolate and calculte njsc as for the case without restart file.
