DEV: use plant available nitrogen to make a first guess of the allocatable carbon. Later in the stomate_growth_fun_all.f90 the exact amount of plant available nitrogen is accounted for. This first check reduces the corrections needed in allocation. These corrections are linear but allocation itself in non-linear. The smaller the corrections, the better allocation seems to work.
