Updated the configuration files for SAFRAN simulation in OOL_SEC_STO_FG8nd in trunk. The DateBegin? and DateEnd? in config.card can be modified later according to SAFRAN forcing files, when the SAFRAN forcing files are to be corrected, and extra and necessary forcing files to be added.
