 make sure you a) chose the right argument for --arch option (for obelix it is ifort_LSCE , for curie it is X64_CURIE) and b) you have loaded the module netcdf/4p   or netcdf/4.3.3.1_hdf5_parallel (curie) which can be done like this (or better add this line to your ~/.profile to have it automatically loaded when entering the machine). Here example for obelix:
