v29 v30 2 2 [[BR]] 3 3 = The DOCUMENTATION branch: ORCHIDEE_DOC = 4 The tag 1.9.5.2 was documented and archived as a separate branch called DOC. This is a public branch and available to all users. Documentation was included in the source code following the principles described below. The scientific documentation was assembeled in a pdf document [http://dods.ipsl.jussieu.fr/orchidee/DOXYGEN/documentation.pdf here] which can also be browsed on a web site containing the documentation [http://dods.ipsl.jussieu.fr/orchidee/DOXYGEN/webdoc webdoc_branch_DOC]. The pdf document contains the equations but lacks the caller graphs, the website can display the caller graphs but lacks the equations. A reduced version of the pdf document with only the functions/subroutines of the modules is also available [http://dods.ipsl.jussieu.fr/orchidee/DOXYGEN/documentation_reduced.pdf documentation_reduced.pdf].
