minor bug in diadct.F90 : ice_3 module does not exist

Description
in diadct.F90, the USE ice_3 that appears when key_lim3 is defined does not exit. It should be replaced by USE ice
I have check that it is the only place where ice_3 appears in the whole system, so only diadct is concerned by this error.
