Description
This new version of LIM3 has been largely rewritten to strictly conserve heat (it already conserved mass and salt).
Ice outputs have been rewritten and completed (including global diagnostics => scalar)
For BDY, there is now the possibility to choose (arbitrarily) the temperature, salinity and age of the incoming ice (new parameters in the ocean namelist)
Ice namelist is changed and cleaned from all obsolete features
Note:
limrhg.F90 in LIM2 should certainly be changed (same as in lim3) but there is a problem with svn on this routine for now (status is undefined).

The issue only concerned regional configuration without ice (i.e. AMM12). It did not run because of namelists parameters that were added in nambdy without proper declaration in the code.
It is now corrected and AMM12 is working

BE CAREFUL!!! I forgot to check these changes in some configurations (i.e. AMM12). Sorry about it, I'll do it today.
