add fix for #2228, #2229, #2238 and #1595 in NEMO v4.0

Context

Some bug fixes has recently been made onto the trunk on iceberg melt near coastline, iceberg reproducibility and min/max_loc in case of land processor. These bug fixes affect also the version 4.0.

Analysis

Commit this bug fixes to version 4.0, bug fixes made into the trunk in #2228, #2229, #2238 and #1595 at respectively revision r10665 (and 10716), r10691, r10702 and r10714
