Problem with the reading of "&namicethd" in the namelist_ice file

Description
The expression "&namicethd" is written twice in the namelist_ice :

That doesn't make the model crash but the values and the variables of the block "namicethd" of the namelist_ice are not read. Hopefully, the default values in the namelist_ice file are the same than the values used to initialize these variables in the model. There is a problem only when you want to change one of these values by modifiying the namelist_ice : your modification is not taken into account in the model.
